Had to get roof work done due to monsoon leak and damage. Ending up going with a roof placement due to the age of the roof. I was worried it was going to cost a fortune! Omar at Diaz roofing came in, inspected, and gave me a very reasonable quote. I couldn’t even get on the books for an inspection with other companies in the time it took Omar and his crew to get the the work schedule and done. Total replacement in 3 days and now i have peace of mind from water leaks and damage from future storms, plus a lower insurance quote since its a new roof. I can’t express enough how glad I am to have found and hired Diaz roofing to do my tile roof work. Diaz roofing did a total tile roof job. They removed, striped, and hauled the old tile and material to the dump. They replaced rotten plywood and facia. I went with their decision to use raised battens which allowes better air movement and no water to accumulate under the tile. The valley tile cuts were straight which makes the roof look perfect. Is the inspection really free?
Yes. We get on the roof, photograph what we find and walk you through it. No charge, no pressure.
Do you work on tile roofs?
Yes. Tile re-lays are a big part of what we do: stripping the old tile, replacing rotten deck and fascia, new underlayment and raised battens, then setting the tile back.
Can you help with an insurance claim?
Yes. After your adjuster writes the estimate, we can take it from there and handle the roof work.
How long does a roof replacement take?
It depends on the size and type of roof. Customers have told us their full replacement was done in two to three days.
Do you do more than roofs?
Yes. Besides roofing we take on remodels, room additions, framing and drywall, and patio covers. One call covers the whole project.
Are you storm chasers?
